I wish to show a photo of your completed project. I did this on my former website (www.omarsDTR.com) and customers found it very helpful when they were shopping for ideas on how to build and design their project.

I would also ask you to write some information about your vehicle so I can draft a story to go with your photo. The only rule I have is that your vehicle must include one or more of my parts.

Thanks.
Phil

Cat-R hood in race trim

Mike Lind from western Minnesota has been a good hood customer for several years. This is his son Hunter's sled using our Cat-R hood. The graphics make it look very spiffy.

Nick Butze, ROLA racer

Nick was one of my first Lynx hood buyers. He said "Your hood looks awesome and it definitely gets attention. It is much lighter than the stock one and is great for racing. It was easy to fit and very good craftsmanship." Nick knows about these things, he started racing snowmobiles in 1997. He raced Sno X, Cross Country and Grass Drags then moved on to vintage racing in 2007.

He competes in ROLA's 73 and older HR/Super Stock class which is well represented by 340cc Sachs powered Lynx Cats. Nick is connected with the website vintagesledders.com-check it out. If you want to talk with Nick, use mugruff_butze@hotmail.com.

Vintage Lynx Racer with Cat-R hood

Pat Smith from Southwick, Maine and a friend are going vintage racing this year with brand new Lynxs. They wanted trick looking sleds that were also fast. Both guys bought my Cat-R hoods to complete their ground up restos.

Here are two shots of Pat's sled. I'm sure Pat will tell you of any problems or pleasures installing the hood. Contact Pat at Patrick.smith@hs.utc.com.
